The Healthy Kids, Healthy Future team is dedicated to supporting Alabama’s children, families, and early childhood programs, empowering them to create healthy environments and give every child the best start in life.

Christina LeVert MS, RD, LD

DIRECTOR, ALABAMA HEALTHY KIDS, HEALTHY FUTURE

Christina LeVert serves as the Alabama Healthy Kids, Healthy Future Director with the Alabama Partnership for Children. She has 14 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian. She received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nutrition from The University of Alabama. Her experiences in nutrition and wellness led her to APC, where she coordinates efforts to embed child health and wellness strategies and best practices into existing state systems and provide training opportunities and technical assistance to child care programs. Outside of work, Christina stays busy with her three children.

Emily Campbell, MPH, CHES®

COORDINATOR, ALABAMA HEALTHY KIDS, HEALTHY FUTURE

Emily Campbell serves as the AL Healthy Kids, Healthy Future Coordinator at the Alabama Partnership for Children. Emily received her BS in Public Health and MPH in Health Education and Promotion from the University of Alabama. She is also a Certified Health Education Specialist. She has experience in providing health education programming in areas of physical activity and nutrition. Emily works to provide educational opportunities to early childhood educators throughout Alabama and embed evidence-based child health practices into state systems. In her free time, she enjoys being active and spending time with her partner and two cats!

Casey Willis, BA, DS

FACILITATOR, ALABAMA HEALTHY KIDS, HEALTHY FUTURE

Casey Willis is the Alabama Healthy Kids, Healthy Future Facilitator with the Alabama Partnership for Children. She holds a B.A. in Psychology with a Biology minor from UAH and completed BCaBA coursework at the Florida Institute of Technology. For over 15 years, Casey has supported children with diverse needs as a BCaBA and Early Intervention Developmental Specialist. At APC, she partners with child care providers to support the implementation of best practices in health and wellness. Casey is passionate about helping children thrive and stays active with her three kids in their many activities.
