The Healthy Kids, Healthy Future team is dedicated to supporting Alabama’s children, families, and early childhood programs, empowering them to create healthy environments and give every child the best start in life.


Emily Campbell, MPH, CHES®

DIRECTOR, ALABAMA HEALTHY KIDS, HEALTHY FUTURE

Emily Campbell serves as the Alabama Healthy Kids, Healthy Future Director at the Alabama Partnership for Children. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health and Master of Public Health in Health Education and Promotion from the University of Alabama and is a Certified Health Education Specialist. Emily has experience delivering health education programming on physical activity and nutrition for a range of audiences, and designing and implementing health promotion initiatives across educational, occupational, and clinical settings. In her current role, she works to expand professional development opportunities for early childhood educators across Alabama and to integrate evidence-based child health practices into state systems. In her free time, Emily enjoys staying active and spending time with her partner and two cats!

Casey Willis, BA, DS

COORDINATOR, ALABAMA HEALTHY KIDS, HEALTHY FUTURE

Casey Willis is the Alabama Healthy Kids, Healthy Future Coordinator with the Alabama Partnership for Children. She holds a B.A. in Psychology with a Biology minor from UAH and completed BCaBA coursework at the Florida Institute of Technology. For over 15 years, Casey has supported children with diverse needs as a BCaBA and Early Intervention Developmental Specialist. At APC, she partners with child care providers to support the implementation of best practices in health and wellness. Casey is passionate about helping children thrive and stays active with her three kids in their many activities.
