We offer engaging sessions for child care centers, home based programs, and home provider associations—perfect for in-service days, professional development days, or a time that works best for your team. This training session will be offered on Wednesday, October 29th, during the 2025 Alabama Early Childhood Education Conference in Birmingham, AL. This conference will be hosted by the Alabama Department of Early Childhood Education. In this session, participants will discuss the importance of physical activity in early childhood and how mindful movements and activities can assist in building the whole child.
